Warren JFK’s Kaytlin Marlatt continued her impressive season and career by rolling through the North Coast League Tennis Championship Tournament Saturday at Notre Dame Cathedral Latin

Marlatt, a junior, already has back to back sectional singles championships on her resume and is 14-1 this season.

She was the tournament’s No. 1 seed, earning a first round bye, followed by a 6-3, 6-2 win over Anna Lorincz from Saint Joseph’s in the semis and a dominating 6-1, 6-2 win over Notre Dame Cathedral Latin’s Katie Lee.

Kennedy’s Paras Kontos finished in thirrd place in the No. 3 singles flight as did the No. 1 doubles team of Caitlin Condoleon and Sophia Zamarelli. Those strong finishes helped JFK finish in third place in the 10-team competition.

JFK is 11-2 on the season with three matches this week before the sectional tournament.
