NEWTON FALLS -- Viola Mae Harden, 96, died Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2017, at her home.
She was born Jan. 1, 1921, in Center of the World, a daughter of Archie and Leota Chapman.
She was a homemaker and member of the Pricetown United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Margaret Harden of Newton Falls, Mary Harshman of Mineral Ridge and Nancy Davis of Cadiz; her brother, Bruce Chapman of Newton Falls; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Matthew T. Harden; and two sisters.
Arrangements were handled by the Sample- O'Donnell Funeral Home in Sharon, Pa.
