YOUNGSTOWN COMPANY ACQUIRES KRUMAN BROTHERS: Youngstown-based Dearing Compressor & Pump Co. acquired Pittsburgh-based Kruman Equipment Company. The move brings together two of the oldest Gardner Denver industrial air compressor distributors. The Kruman brothers had been in business for 82 years.

ASECU PROMOTES BLACKSHIRE: The Associated School Employees Credit Union recently promoted Jonathan Blackshire to vice president of information systems and technology. Michael J. Kurish, president and CEO of ASECU, said Blackshire has already made an impact on the organization and is integral to ASECU’s future. Blackshire resides in Youngstown with his wife and two children.

PARAMEX CAPITAL RIBBON CUTTING: Paramex Capital, which helps small businesses seeking capital to operate or expand, will hold a ribbon cutting 10:30 a.m. today at 6960 Market St., Suite 115 in Boardman. The business will provide lending products including consumer financing, business acquisition financing and franchise financing.

CORAL ROSE BOUTIQUE TO OPEN: Coral Rose Boutique, which will offer carefully curated lines of jewelry, handbags, accessories and personal care products, will hold a ribbon cutting 10 a.m. Tuesday in the JCPenney concourse at the Eastwood Mall in Niles. The boutique will feature the Made in Italy clothing line, as well as Earth Luxe soaps, body lotions and essentials oils.
