• Trans-Siberian Orchestra won't play Youngstown this holiday season, but tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday for shows in Pittsburgh and Cleveland. Two shows are scheduled at 3 and 8 p.m. Dec. 22 at PPG Paints Arena (tickets available through Ticketmaster) and shows are planned at 3 and 8 p.m. Dec. 29 at Quicken Loans Arena (tickets range from $36 to $76 and are available through Q's outlets).
• Bob Dylan announced a fall tour that will play Akron's E.J. Thomas Hall at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 3 and Pittsburgh's Heinz Hall at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 6. Mavis Staples will open both shows. Akron tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Ticketmaster. Pittsburgh tickets range from $55.75 to $125.75 and go on sale at 9 a.m. Friday through Heinz Hall and by calling 412-392-4900.
• Michael Stanley and the Resonators and Donnie Iris & the Cruisers have been selling out shows at the Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park since it opened, so it shouldn't be a surprise that the Dec. 22 concert that went on sale last week sold out. A second show has been added at 8 p.m. Dec. 23. Tickets are $68.50, $50.50 and $48.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Ticketmaster. One dollar from every ticket sold will benefit the St. Augustine Hunger Center.
• Illusionist David Blaine has rescheduled his postponed Pittsburgh and Cleveland-area shows from the summer. Blaine now will perform Nov. 30 at the Byham Theater and Dec. 3 at the Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park. Tickets purchased for the original dates will be honored for the rescheduled ones.
• Five for Fighting will be accompanied by a string quartet when it performs at 8 p.m. March 9 at Pittsburgh's Carnegie Lecture Hall of Oakland. Tickets range from $35 to $49.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Ticketmaster.
• Two shows go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Live Nation and Ticketmaster for House of Blues: Ben Folds, 7 p.m. Nov. 5, $37.50; Matisyahu, 8 p.m. Dec. 14, $27.50.
• Daya, Hey Violet, Rita Ora and AJR will play the 91.1 KISS Halloween Party at Stage AE at 6 p.m. Oct. 27. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Ticketmaster.
