Elyria Catholic 64, Hubbard 29 — The Panthers dominated the Eagles in Tuesday night’s district semifinal. No statistics were submitted.

West Branch 33, Salem 19 — The Division IV district semifinal contest between the Warriors and the Quakers was a low scoring affair, but West Branch pulled out the win. Leading the West Branch offense was Audrey Eaton with eight points. In the loss, Reese Davidson-Chuck also tallied eight points for Salem. West Branch will take on Perry in Saturday’s district final.

Warrensville Heights 78, Niles 28 — The Tigers pummeled the Red Dragons in the Division IV district semifinal game Tuesday night. No statistics for either team were submitted.

Crestview 68, Fairview 29 — The Rebels handedly got past the Warriors to advance to the Division V district final contest. No statistics from either team were submitted.

LaBrae 46, Kirtland 33 — The Vikings sailed past the Hornets in the Division VI district semifinal contest Tuesday. Leading the LaBrae offense was Angel Scruggs with a game-high 21 points. In the loss, Emily Ridgeway led Kirtland with 12 points. The Vikings will face off against top-seeded Rootstown Saturday in the district final.

Canton Central Catholic 61, Mineral Ridge 45 — The Crusaders dominated the Rams in the Division VI district semifinal game to earn the upset win. No statistics were submitted.
Waynedale 37, Springfield 28 — The Golden Bears claimed the upset Tuesday night in the Division VI district semifinal win over the Tigers. No statistics for either team were submitted.

Northeast 1
Kennedy 58, Mathews 11 — The Eagles cruised to the win over the Mustangs in the Division VII district semifinal. Kennedy’s Gianna Pompelia exploded for a game-high 29 points behind four made three-pointers. In the loss, Marlee Ruiter led the way with six points for Mathews. JFK will take on Cardinal Saturday in the district final.
Cardinal 46, Lowellville 32 — The Huskies bested the Rockets in Tuesday’s Division VII district semifinal matchup. Cardinal will take on Kennedy Saturday in the district final. No statistics for either team were submitted.

Maplewood 69, Wellsville 16 — The Rockets soared to the big win over the Tigers in the Division VII district semifinal contest. No statistics were submitted. Maplewood will take on Mogadore in Saturday’s district final.

Barberton 57, Howland 35 — The Magics toppled the Tigers in the opening round of the Division III district tournament. De’arion Holley hauled in a game-high 20 points for Barberton while Kardiay Tyler added 16 and Vernon Reynolds lent 11. In the loss, Steven Bubon paced Howland with eight points.
Regular Season
LaBrae 65, Liberty 41 — The Vikings started off hot and kept their foot on the gas in the dominant win over the Leopards. Austin Rowe led the offensive attack with 24 points and Derek Wilson lent 19 for LaBrae. Both Rowe and Wilson drilled three triples. In the loss, Ramsey Hadi-Cox paced Liberty with 13 points.
Lisbon 66, Academy for Urban Scholars 15 — AJ Ramgeet earned a spot in Lisbon history Tuesday night. His 22 point performance was enough to eclipse the 1,000 point mark for his career. He is the fourth junior in program history to earn 1,000 points before his senior year. Ramgeet’s 22 points led the way for the Blue Devils in the crushing win over the Hawks. Adding to the win were Blaine Barnes and Luke Kraft with 14 and 12 points, respectively. In the loss, Bruce Knapp led with nine points.
