Candidate for coroner embodies selflessness
In over 29 years of military service mostly at the 910th in Vienna, I served with many extraordinary people. They were Air Force reservists who volunteered to defend our nation when called, leaving families and civilian life to take the fight to our enemy. When I reflect on the selflessness of these citizen soldiers, I think of Col. Larry Woods. Most of you know him as Warren’s cardiologist Dr. Larry Woods, who is running for Trumbull County Coroner.
I was privileged to serve with Dr. Woods (Larry) for over 20 years, and I know him to be highly competent and a true professional. From his volunteerism to deploy to an ICU in the Persian Gulf to care for our U.S. Special Forces, to his ability to provide critical care and stability to patients during emergency and aeromedical evacuations, he utilized his medical skill to ensure health and safety for our American soldiers. As the epitome of “service before self,” Dr. Woods continues to provide superior cardiology lifelines and health for the citizens of Trumbull County.
On Nov. 3, please vote for Dr. Larry Woods for Trumbull County coroner.
Lt. Col. (Retired)
