Lakeview levy won’t raise taxes
Voters in the Lakeview Local School District on Tuesday will decide an important issue that will not raise taxes and provide funding for 10 more years.
Voters first approved the 3.8-mill emergency operating levy in 2010 to support day-to-day operations, including staffing, utilities, programming and supplies.
Renewing the levy means the district will continue to have the critical funding needed for high-quality academic programs and services.
Remember that public schools are the heart of any community and a worthwhile investment.
