Carl Scott 1959-2025
NILES — Carl R. Scott, 65, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2025, at University Hospital in Cleveland.
He was born Oct. 31, 1959, in Warren, the son of Russell and Norma Morris Scott.
Carl worked as a machinist for several companies.
Survivors include his wife, Pamela Howard Scott; children, Russel (Brooke) Scott of Howland, Carla Scott and Toni Scott, both of Niles; sisters, Sharon Scott of Niles, Pamela Wolfe of Niles; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and a sister.
As per Carl’s wishes, there are no services.
