Brian D. Waldron 1944-2021

WARREN — Brian Douglas Waldron, 77, passed on Sunday, July 25, 2021, at Trumbull Regional Medical Center in Warren.

He was born on July 18, 1944, in Warren, the son of James and Lucille Trimbel Waldron.

Brian graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in 1962. Following graduation, Brian served in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged in 1966. He received his associate’s degree in Applied Business in Business Management from Kent State University on May 19, 1999.

He was employed as a foreman at Packard Electric, retiring after 33 years in 1999. Following his retirement, Brian worked part time at Squaw Creek Golf Course, where he enjoyed playing golf.

Brian was a member of the Moose Lodge 186 in Warren. Among his favorite pastimes were fishing, golf and NASCAR. He was an enthusiastic fan of the Cleveland Indians and the Ohio State Buckeyes and was a season ticket holder for the Cleveland Browns. He cherished his many pets, especially April, his Chihuahua.

Memories of Brian will be carried on by his loving family that includes his wife, Sharon, whom he married on June 6, 1964; his parents, James A. and Lucille Trimble Waldron; his siblings, Mark A. Waldron of Ellijay, Ga., Jill A. Nolfi of Palm Coast, Fla., and Wendy L. Joy (Eric) of Riverview, Fla.; his children, Deborah L. Stephens (Earl), Steven D. Waldron (Alicia) and Todd A. Waldron (Jessica); his seven granddaughters, Deana Keller (Nick), Amanda Witt (Curt), Elisa Peterson, Sarah Waldron, Alana Waldron, Olivia Waldron and Ava Waldron; and his two great-granddaughters, Aria Peterson and Sophia Malinak.

Brian was preceded in death by his brothers, Gary R. Waldron and Lynn J. Waldron.

A private family ceremony will be held at a later date.
