Myron S. Beyah Sr. 1946-2021

WARREN — Myron Saleem Beyah Sr., 74, of 1231 Highland Ave. SW, Warren, died Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at his residence, following complications from an extended illness.

He was born Dec. 1, 1946, in Youngstown, the son of David Hopkins and Beatrice Burney.

Myron was the owner / operator of Beyah’s Electric.

He is survived by his wife, Aneesah Thomas Beyah of Warren; two sons, Myron Beyah Jr. of Warren and Larry H. Beyah of Greenwich, Conn.; one daughter, Deon Neely-Allen of Youngstown; three brothers, Ronald Burney of St. Paul, Minn., Raymond Burney of Youngstown and David Hopkins of Dallas; three sisters, Louise Pates of Birmingham, Ala., Lachelle Bridges of Salem and Denise Dammons of Maple Heights; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers.

Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at Oakwood Cemetery.

Arrangements of comfort were handled by the Sterling-McCullough Williams Funeral Home.
