She enjoyed collecting books and reading with her cup of black coffee. She was a talented crafter who made beautiful wreaths and a wonderful cook who enjoyed holiday dinners. Her dogs or “fur babies” were everything to her — Chico, who sadly passed away and Bubba, who misses her dearly. For many years, she was an avid Cleveland Browns fan.

Hanshaw of Niles; daughter, Sherry (Robert) Flynn of Atlanta, Ga.; nine grandchildren, Jeremy Hanshaw, whom she raised, Vicky Hanshaw, Amanda Stout Hanshaw, Nick Hanshaw, Lori Wyland, Ashley Price Hanshaw, Brittany Holland, Zariah Flynn and Joseph Hanshaw; 14 great-grandchildren; and brother, Walter F.
