Allen L. Wildman 1947-2018
ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. — Allen Lee Wildman, 71, of Zephyrhills, Fla., formerly of North Bloomfield, passed away Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018, of bone cancer.
Allen was born March 11, 1947, in Lockwood, Ohio, son of Laura and Delmer Wildman.
He graduated from North Bloomfield High School in 1965, and joined the U.S. Air Force in 1966. He drove truck the rest of his life, founding Wildman Transportation and a feed mill in Florida, hauling quality hay from Ohio to Florida for his customers with horses there.
He is survived by daughter, Kristen (Luc) Falies; and granddaughters, Hailey and Sophia, all of Richardson, Texas; special friend and companion, Ann Karakas of Zephyrhills; sister, Laurine Norton of Clay City, Ill.; beloved “UncleBen” Elbert Wildman; two aunts; five nieces and nephews; and six cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Dale Wildman.
Interment service will be 1 p.m. Dec. 28, 2018, in Florida National Veteran’s Cemetery in Bushnell, Fla.
A memorial service is planned for 3 p.m. Jan. 6, 2019, at North Bloomfield Methodist Church, on the square.
