Jan. 15, 2:41 a.m. — Amber Osburn, 31, of Middlefield, was arrested at state Routes 88 and 534 in West Farmington on a failure-to-appear warrant for a trespassing charge in a Portage County court. Kiera Samson, 22, of New Martinsville, W.Va., was issued a summons on a drug paraphernalia charge.

Jan. 14, 6:18 a.m. — Death of Ronald A. Jackson, 53, reported at his home in the 5300 block of Garner Barclay Road, Gustavus.

12:44 a.m. — Traffic accident reproted in the 9900 block of state Route 534, Mesopotamia.

Jan. 13, 8:30 p.m. — William E. Ambrose, 33, of Kinsman, was arrested at state Routes 5 and 88 in Johnston on warrants for failure to appear in Warren Municipal Court, a probation violation warrant from Trumbull County Eastern District Court and a Central District Court bench warrant for failure to appear and a probation violation.

2:02 a.m. — Douglas Baker, 52, of Akron, was arrested at LaBrae High School off Eagle Creek Road on an out-of-county warrant.
