July 29, 2:12 a.m. — Zachary D. Mechling, 26, 228 Dickey Ave. NW, Warren, was arrested at St. Joseph Warren Hospital on warrants for failure to appear and a probation violation in Trumbull County Central District Court.
July 28, 1:44 p.m. — Jack Hamilton, 28, turned himself in on warrant for failure to appear in Warren Municipal Court and a probation violation out of Central District Court.
