Police activity reported July 10-26:

July 26, 12:23 a.m. — Following a traffic stop for speeding and improper lane change, Spencer T. Borom, 31, Northgate Drive, Youngstown, was charged with OVI, speeding and open container after police reported finding an open bottle of tequila in the vehicle.

July 25, 9:06 p.m. — Following a traffic stop for improper lane change, changing lanes in the intersection of Belmont Avenue and Colonial Drive, Dawn M. Little, 42, Coronado Avenue, Youngstown, was charged with possession of marijuana and given a warning for the traffic violation.

July 23, 5:20 p.m. — A woman reported someone took her purse from the bathroom of Aldi, 3497 Belmont Ave., when she forgot it in there.

5 p.m. — Police were called to Bob Evans, 3818 Belmont Ave., on reports a man was in the bathroom claiming to have bugs crawling in his skin. Michael Tomlin, 37, 1617 Wellington Ave., Youngstown, was charged with inducing a panic.

July 22, 11:29 p.m. — After a noise complaint at 35 Trumbull Court, Isai G. Rodriguez, 53, Trumbull Court, was charged with disorderly conduct.

9:30 p.m. — After an Uber driver reported her passenger was talking about breaking into the Liberty tow yard to regain his property, police arrested Michael J. Olson, 47, Oak Street, Lowellville, on charges of breaking and entering, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse to a detention facility and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

9:23 p.m. — After reports a man was yelling and making threats to kill a woman, Joseph C. Elrod, 32, West Boulevard, Warren, was arrested on a warrant and charged with disorderly conduct.

9:11 p.m. — A woman reported someone broke the rear window of her vehicle while it was parked at 3001 Green Acres Drive.

4:26 p.m. — A man reported his truck’s window was smashed and tools were stolen from it while it was parked at 4641 Fifth Ave. Ext.

July 21, 9:30 p.m. — A Louise Lane man reported someone stole his front license plate.

9:15 p.m. — Police were called to Giant Eagle, 4700 Belmont Ave., after reports two customers were fighting in the store. Police were told the argument began after a man cut a woman in line and the argument escalated when the man spat on the woman and she sprayed the man with pepper spray, the report states. Police charged Brian D. Hill, 45, Madison Avenue, Youngstown, and Taryn R. Robinson, 20, Logan Gate Road, with disorderly conduct.

July 20, 7:47 p.m. — After a police officer recognized him walking on Belmont Avenue at Perni Lane, Cain A. MacGregor, 31, Amhurst Avenue, was arrested on a warrant.

6:24 p.m. — After a woman sought help at Speedway, 4210 Belmont Ave., because a man was chasing her after beating her up at Motel 30, a domestic violence warrant was issued for Darence Debose, 28, of Cleveland.

2:38 p.m. — A woman reported someone slashed four tires on her vehicle while it was parked at 4116 Monticello Blvd.

2:13 p.m. — After reports of an unwanted person at Rodeway Inn, 4250 Belmont Ave., Robert Petrovich, 48, Lealand Avenue, Poland, was arrested on Mahoning County warrants.

10:34 a.m. — Theft was reported at Quality Inn, 4055 Belmont Ave.

1:04 a.m. — After an officer saw a vehicle moving forward with no one in the driver’s seat in the 3000 block of Hadley Avenue, Eric D. Moore, Victor Avenue, Youngstown, was charged with OVI and failure to control.

July 19, 3:23 p.m. — After reports a man was calling people rude, bigoted names and swinging a bat around in the parking lot of 1465 Townsend Ave., the man was pepper sprayed by the other parties and then arrested Andrew T. Silsbe, 35, Townsend Ave., Girard, who was charged with disorderly conduct and aggravated menacing.

9:23 a.m. — A woman reported her ex-boyfriend took her vehicle and cut the ignition wires, stole the battery, cut the jumper cables and damaged a tablet in the vehicle. Police referred her to the prosecutor.

July 18, 11:09 p.m. — Following a traffic stop for only one headlight on Belmont Avenue at Motel 6, Kimberly K. Wright, 32, Los Angeles, Calif., was charged with receiving stolen property — the vehicle was reported stolen in Chicago — no operator’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructed registration and not having two headlights.

8:37 p.m. — After reports of a large, loud party at Days Inn, 1615 Liberty St., guardians and parents of 14 juveniles were called to pick them up and Monica Sly, 36, Medford Avenue, Youngstown, was arrested on a warrant through Mansfield.

1:16 a.m. — After reports of suspicious activity in the parking lot of Motel 6, 4249 Belmont Ave., Christina M. Freeland, 39, East Wilson Avenue, Girard, and Andrew Pondillo, no age or address available, were charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia.

July 17, 6:29 p.m. — After police saw a man operating an all-terrain vehicle on the sidewalk of Colonial Drive, Jermor A. Richard, 33, Hudson Avenue, Youngstown, was arrested on a warrant through Campbell police.

July 15, 4:42 a.m. — When a woman went to look for her boyfriend, who she thought was cheating on her, she broke a window at Rodeway Inn, 4250 Belmont Ave., and was assaulted by the man as he left with another woman. The woman paid for the broken window.

July 14, 1:38 a.m. — A medical emergency was reported at Motel 6, 4249 Belmont Ave.

July 13, 7:43 p.m. — After a disturbance and a broken window were reported at Rodeway Inn, 4250 Belmont Ave., Lyndon M. Nelson, 31, Lois Lane, Girard, and Shyenne D. Goode, 20, East Lincoln Avenue, New Castle, Pa., were charged with obstructing official business and criminal damaging.

July 10, 11:55 a.m. — Criminal damaging was reported at 3032 1 / 2 Northgate Drive.
