2:52 p.m. — Overdose reported at 504 W.Third St. A man was taken to St. Joseph Warren Hospital for a fentanyl overdose.

10:15 a.m. — Arrest at a welfare check reported at 37 Royal Mall Drive. Nadine Marie Neer, 21, of Sharon, Pa.; Matthew N. Lucik, 28, of Royal Mall Drive; and Francheska A. Verrill, 26, also of Royal Mall Drive, were arrested on charges of felonious assault after they were accused of beating up a woman who was staying with them.
