Sept. 26, 7:12 p.m. — Christopher L. Carter, 35, of Warren was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the Belmont County Sheriff’s Office during a traffic stop on state Route 46 near Fairview Drive.

3 p.m. — Animal complaint for a barking dog reported in the first block of Market Street.

12:36 p.m. — Suspicious person reported in the first block of West Main Street.

11:09 a.m. — Non-injury, two-vehicle crash reported in the 200 block of West Main Street.

Sept. 25, 8:34 p.m. — Two-vehicle, non-injury crash reported in the first block of North Mecca Street.

6:39 p.m. — Petty theft reported in the 300 block of Russell Street.

6:17 p.m. — Two-vehicle, non-injury crash reported in the area of South High Street and state Route 5.

Sept. 24, 2:55 p.m. — Animal complaint for two loose dogs reported on Spring Creek Drive.

11:11 a.m. — Cortland police assisted Bazetta police in attempting to locate a vehicle that left the scene of an accident.

Sept. 23, 5:19 p.m. — Two-vehicle, non-injury crash reported in the area of state Route 5 and Tournament Trail.

4:45 p.m. — Disorderly conduct reported in the area of Spring Creek Drive and Aspen Place.

Sept. 22, 3 p.m. — Theft of a wallet reported at the Splash Pad in Willow Park.

Sept. 21, 7:34 p.m. — Disorderly conduct reported on Russell Street. Nicholas E. Hedrick, 19, of Cortland, was issued a no trespass warning and advised not to return to the park.

9:21 a.m. — Deshawn A. Parker, 21, of Youngstown, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office during a traffic stop in the area of Diamond Way and Fowler Street.

Sept. 20, 4:38 p.m. — Telephone harassment reported in the first block of South High Street.

2:06 p.m. — Juvenile arrested in the 300 block of Hillman Drive on a charge of prohibiting a child from possessing, using, purchasing and receiving cigarettes or tobacco or alternative nicotine products.
