Police activity reported Aug. 2-29:

Aug. 29, 10:35 p.m. — Custody dispute reported at 822 Florida Ave. after a woman reported a man would not give up their son for custody exchange.

7:33 p.m. — Vehicle crash reported at 416 E. Seventh St. after a woman drove a vehicle into a garage and into a neighbor’s backyard. The woman told police the vehicle “revved up” when she put it in drive. Significant damage was done to the garage. Vanessa White was issued a citation for failure to control.

4:26 p.m. — Criminal damaging reported at 460 Nebraska Ave. after a woman drove a car over a driveway that had just been sealed. A neighbor saw the woman drive by a yellow cone at the driveway.

Aug. 28. 11:28 a.m. — Petty theft reported at 737 Ohio Ave. after a refrigerator, washer and dryer were missing from the house.

Aug, 27, 10:28 p.m. — Custody dispute reported at 410 W. Seventh St, after parents were arguing over a child in the elementary school parking lot.

10:13 p.m. — Domestic dispute reported at 624 Washington Ave. after a verbal argument between two women over a child.

Aug. 26, 3:04 p.m. — Disturbance reported at 313 Hayes Ave. after resident told police she was afraid a neighbor was going to harm her. The woman said the neighbor was swearing at her.

Aug. 25, 10:16 p.m. — Neighbor dispute reported at 313 Hayes Ave. after a resident reported a neighbor was shouting obscenities at his relative.

3:45 p.m. — Child endangering reported at Woodland Park after a 4-year-old was riding a Power Wheels ATV with no parental supervision. A dog was following the child on the vehicle. Police spoke to the parents.

3:29 p.m. — Custody dispute reported at 345 Iowa Ave. after a man went to pick up children at a home and they were not there.

Aug. 23, 2:17 p.m. — Junk vehicle with four flat tires reported at 303 Hayes Ave. Owner was given 15 days to comply and remove vehicle.

Aug. 22, 12:38 p.m. — Death investigation reported at 326 Hayes Ave. after a man was found deceased inside the home. Mail was found piled up.

Aug. 20, 6:20 p.m. — Petty theft reported at 751 Illinois Ave. after someone took a trash can.

2:45 a.m. — Domestic dispute reported at 309 E. Fifth Ave. after a verbal argument between two men led to one threatening to physically fight the other.

Aug. 18, 6:54 p.m. — Criminal damage reported at 1315 Pennsylvania Ave. after a pine tree was damaged and grass partly cut on property.

10:15 a.m. — Medical call reported at 313 Hayes Ave. after a resident heard a crash and found a man unconscious on the ground outside home. The man had fallen and refused medical treatment.

1:28 a.m. — Neighbor dispute reported at 313 Hayes Ave. after a resident told police a neighbor had thrown rocks at the window.

Aug. 16, 7:02 p.m. — Resident at 465 Nebraska Ave. reported receiving threatening text messages.

Aug. 15, 5:34 p.m. — Domestic violence reported at 302 Pennsylvania Ave. after a man running with no shoes and holding his sweatshirt was stopped by police. The man had scratches on his face. A woman reported there had been an argument.

12:40 p.m. — Identity theft reported at 918 Ohio Ave. after resident found multiple credit card charges from a person who passed away last spring. The charges started after the woman died.

11:01 a.m. — Neighbor dispute reported at 635 Ohio Ave. after people were arguing over a neighbor putting a drain in backyard due to water running. Police told each neighbor to stay on their own property.

Aug. 14, 7:26 p.m. — Death investigation reported at 810 Florida Ave. after a man was found dead in home.

Aug. 12, 10 a.m. — Custody dispute over a juvenile reported at 1130 Annabelle St. A resident was contacting Trumbull County Children Services over claims of child being abused by a parent.

Aug. 13, 6:20 p.m. — Domestic dispute reported at 348 Indiana Ave. after a verbal fight between a man and woman.

Aug. 12, 2:09 p.m. — Theft by deception reported at 1190 Pennsylvania Ave. as pieces of jewelry were missing after someone looked at them.

Aug. 11, 3:34 p.m. — Criminal trespass reported on Slag Crusher Road after an ATV accident involving two juveniles. The juveniles were riding on private property.

Aug. 10, 11:10 p.m. — Disturbance reported at 313 Hayes Ave. after residents said a neighbor was yelling at them, made threats and grabbed another man’s arm.

5:56 p.m. — Melissa Lough of Iowa Avenue was cited on charges of failure to reinstate and for presenting false information to avoid a citation after a traffic stop at the Dollar General off Ohio Avenue.

Aug. 9, 9:56 p.m. — Custody dispute reported at 457 Ohio Ave.. People were arguing over a child, and a man told police the child’s mother would not let him see the child.

Aug. 8, 2:23 p.m. — Criminal damage reported at 451 Ohio Ave. A mailbox and paperbox were damaged.

Aug. 7, 8:33 p.m. — Vehicle stopped by police on Ohio Avenue. Corrion Taylor was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and also was issued a speeding citation.

10 a.m. — Telephone harassment reported at 1215 Pennsylvania Ave. A woman reported another woman she knows made threats for money and came to the residence without permission.

Aug. 6, 4:28 p.m. — Suspicious activity reported in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Jeffrey Green was cited for driving under suspension and open container in vehicle.

Aug. 4, 9:53 p.m. — Domestic dispute reported at 1019 Pennsylvania Ave. after a man and woman were arguing, and the woman was found by police outside.

7:34 p.m. — Custody dispute reported at 451 Ohio Ave. A parent did not pick up a child.

Aug. 3, 8:19 p.m. — Charles Wester was cited on a charge of driving under suspension after a traffic stop on Ohio Avenue and Olive Street.

2:18 p.m. — Unwanted female reported at 719 Indiana Ave. after entering a home looking for a child.

Aug. 2, 9:38 p.m. — April Cook was cited on a charge of driving under FRA suspension and expired plates after a traffic stop in the 400 block of Ohio Avenue.

3:45 p.m. — Medical call reported at 434 Hayes Ave. Resident reported a man made threats to harm himself. The man was taken to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.
