Aug. 16, 12:45 a.m. — A disturbance was reported at Rally’s, 3219 Belmont Ave.

Aug. 15, 4:44 p.m. — Threats reported at 131 Laurel St.

3:29 p.m. — Makella M. Miller, 23, of Girard, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass and obstruction of official business.

Aug. 14, 5:05 p.m. — Michael P. Esenwein, 34, East Palestine, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while under the influence.

2:15 a.m. — A custody problem was reported at 4201 Logangate Road.

Aug. 12, 11:18 p.m. — Burglary reported at 5706 Edwards St.

3:43 p.m. — Brenna R. Clark, 19, of Warren, was arrested on charges of failure to stop after an accident, driving under OVI suspension and failure to comply.

12:58 p.m. — Telephone harassment was reported at 15 Holly Drive.

2:20 a.m. — Domestic dispute reported at 2920 Oakland Drive.

1:30 a.m. — Keilyn J. Black, 28, of Youngstown, was arrested on charges of burglary, menacing by stalking, criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia.

1:30 a.m. — An unknown problem reported at 2 Trumbull Court.

Aug. 11, 6:27 p.m. — Denise Clinkscales, 63, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of animal cruelty.

6:27 p.m. — An animal was left in a car at Walmart, 200 Goldie Road.

12:21 p.m. — Jason A. Riser, 45, of Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

12:21 p.m. — A domestic incident reported at 4108 Monticello Blvd.

Aug. 10, 11:14 a.m. — Jason A. Heiss, 34, of Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aug. 8, 2:00 p.m. — Kristopher J. Davanzo, 33, of Warren, was arrested on a charge of littering and unauthorized use of a recepticle.

2:00 p.m. — Joseph D. Baldwin, 35, of Girard,was arrested on a charge of littering and unauthorized use of a recepticle.

2:00 p.m. — Dumping and trespassing reported to the station.

10:34 a.m. — An animal complaint was reported at 2030 Burning Tree Lane.

10:34 a.m. — Desiree L. Brenner, 33, of Youngstown, was charged with failing to keep dogs on the premises.
