5:24 p.m. — Arrest made after a reported unwanted person at 215 St. John Ave. David Russell, 38, was arrested on a charge of violating a protection order and is being held at the county jail on a $10,000 bond. Russell spent six days in the county jail at the end of February for the same charge, and has several prior domestic violence charges, among others, according to jail and court records.

8:16 p.m. — Antonio J. Lowery, 22, was arrested at the Niles Police Department on an active warrant for violating a protection order after coming into the station to voice a complaint. He is being held at the county jail on a $50,000 bond. Lowery was previously indicted on a charge of felonious assault in February following his arrest in January.
