Police activity reported Jan. 18-25:

Jan. 25, 3:13 a.m. — Repossession reported in the 500 block of Lakeview Drive.

Jan. 23, 9:34 p.m. — Suspicious vehicle reported in the 100 block of Amy Place. Officers checked the area and were not able to locate the owner.

5:54 p.m. — Loud noises reported in the 900 block of Cortview Drive. The resident was advised.

5:29 p.m. — Officers assisted a disabled motorist in the 400 block of South High Street.

1:40 p.m. — Theft reported in the 200 block of Terre Hill Drive.

9:04 a.m. — Disturbance reported in the 100 block of North Mecca Street. The problem was resolved prior to officers arriving.

7:45 a.m. — Two-vehicle, non-injury crash reported at Grove Street and South Mecca Street.

Jan. 22, 6:50 p.m. — Officers assisted Bazetta Township police with a traffic crash in the 4500 block of state Route 5.

5:24 p.m. — Two-vehicle, non-injury crash reported in the 500 block of South High Street.

3:43 p.m. — Officers assisted Cortland Fire / EMS and Bazetta Township EMS in the 4600 block of Niles Cortland Road with a medical emergency.

11:57 a.m. — Theft of money reported in the 300 block of North High Street.

10:16 a.m. — Identity theft reported in the 300 block of Copperlake West.

7:50 a.m. — Two-vehicle, non-injury crash reported at the intersection of state Route 46 and South Mecca Street.

Jan. 21, 11:10 p.m. — Welfare check requested and completed in the 400 block of Maplewood Drive. A juvenile was taken into custody for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct as a result.

Jan. 20, 9:15 p.m. — A resident on Stahl Avenue was asked to remove their vehicle from the road due to the parking ban and they complied.

6:57 p.m. — A parking complaint was received from a business in the 200 block of West Main Street. Officers were unable to locate the owner of the vehicle.

4:04 p.m. — Officers assisted Bazetta Township police and EMS at Mosquito Lake. It was reported that several people fell through the ice. All subjects were transported to the hospital.

2:08 p.m. — Suspicious white male reported in the 200 block of Fox Run Drive.

10:21 a.m. — Officers spoke to a resident in the 400 block of Maplewood Drive in reference to damage to his mailbox.

5:15 a.m. — A subject was reported to be unconscious in a vehicle in the 3200 block of Niles Cortland Road. Officers located the subject, who stated he fell asleep.

Jan. 19, 8:31 p.m. –Suspicious vehicle reported in the 400 block of Cherry Lane. Officers spoke to a subject with a snow plowing company who advised it would be moved.

6:30 p.m. — A golf cart was reportedly doing circles in the road near North Colonial Drive and Winter Lane. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the vehicle.

5:20 p.m. — Officers assisted Cortland Fire / EMS with a medical emergency in the 200 block of Terre Hill Drive.

11:41 a.m. — Telephone harassment reported in the 300 block of Michaels Court.

12:01 a.m. — Suspicious person reported in the 200 block of Fox Run Drive.

Jan. 18, 3:47 p.m. — Officers assisted a person by giving him a ride to Warren Family Mission.

3:11 p.m. — Three horses were reported on the roadway in the area of Sunset Drive and North Mecca Street. Officer helped owner get them home.

12:37 p.m. — Two-vehicle, non-injury accident reported in the 500 block of South High Street.

12:35 p.m. — Two-vehicle, non-injury accident reported at Warren Meadville Road and state Route 5.

12:24 p.m. — A disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Amy Place. Officers

assisted a man who wanted his belongings.
