WHAT: Township trustees meeting Tuesday

PRESENT: Rebecca Whitman, Phil Wilhlem and Bill Burns

Trustees:

•Hired Richard Rhodes for road and maintenance work at $18.75 per hour as needed.

•Purchased six new tires for the fire engine from Bob Sumerel Tire Company at $2,966.

•Approved installation of a MARCS radio in the Hartford fire engine from Hudson Communications at $433.

•Entered into a rental agreement with Bennett’s Office Products in Burghill for renting a copier for the township hall at $530.

•Set spring cleanup 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 17 at township center.

•Set an Easter egg hunt at 2 p.m. April 12 at the center.
