WARREN — A man was hospitalized with multiple gunshot wounds Tuesday evening, according to a Warren police report.

The report states officers responded to the 1500 block of Ferndale Avenue SW around 7:21 p.m. after a witness reported driving the victim to the hospital. The victim sustained gunshot wounds to his left arm and shoulder, the report states.

Police put police tape around a home as part of the investigation.

A white 2003 Buick Century registered to a witness also was involved, with blood found on the interior, the report states. Evidence collected included clothing with bullet holes and blood, tennis shoes with blood, a cellphone and a small bag of marijuana recovered from the victim at the hospital, the report states.

No arrests had been made as of Wednesday. The case remains under investigation.
