A jury trial for former Vienna Fiscal Officer Linda McCullough, right, was moved from May 12 to June 16 because state investigators have mandatory training on the original date. Trumbull County Assistant Prosecutor Charles Morrow has submitted a plea offer to McCullough’s attorney, J. Gerald Ingram, left, which will be announced during the final pretrial hearing in Judge Cynthia Westcott Rice’s courtroom June 4. McCullough served as Vienna’s fiscal officer from 2019 to early 2024. She pleaded not guilty in early March to a superseding indictment charging her with three additional counts of tampering with records. The new charges follow an indictment from October that charged her with two counts of theft in office, four counts of tampering with records and a charge of telecommunications fraud.
