BAZETTA — Township trustees have approved entering into a sublease agreement with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources for the lands at Mosquito Creek State Park for operation and maintenance as public baseball fields and the maintenance and operation of the Emergency Management System.

Trustee Chairman Mike Hovis said the lease agreement is for the property where Imagination Station is at Bazetta Township Park. He said the agreement has the township maintaining and taking care of the property and Imagination Station.

Hovis said magination Station will be dismantled in September and replaced with a new play unit.

He said Imagination Station was constructed in 1995, and lasted well beyond its life expectancy.
