Township seeks grants for other improvements
SOUTHINGTON — Improvements and other work will be done this year at the township hall, road department and 1907 building using American Rescue Plan funds received by the township.

The street department garage / storage building will have siding work on the garage door and trimming around the door at a cost of $15,000.
Exterior maintenance, woodworking and painting also will be done on the 1907 building, which is a former school and is used by the township for storage. That price tag is $32,000.
