Trumbull grand jury issues 30 indictments

WARREN — The Trumbull County grand jury on Tuesday handed up 30 indictments.

The following felony cases will be arraigned within two weeks in one of four Trumbull County Common Pleas courtrooms:

• Bobby Burkey, 38, and Jennifer Burkey, 42, both of Niles, two counts of burglary, two counts of theft, two counts of possessing criminal tools, and one count each of grand theft, breaking and entering, and criminal damaging / endangering.

• Erick Rivers, 31, c/o Trumbull County jail, aggravated robbery and three count of felonious assault, all with a repeat violent offender specification, and vandalism.

• Virgol Ball, 20, Fourth Street SW, Warren, three counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, two counts of importuning, illegal use of minor in nudity oriented material or performance, and two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

• Nicole R. Rafferty, 50, Laird Avenue SE, Warren, two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs with a vehicle forfeiture specification.

• Anastasia N. Williams, 38, Tod Avenue SW, Warren, possession of cocaine.

• Edward Davis, 34, Glenwood Street, Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.

• Shawn M. Georgiadis, 38, South Portland Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Robert C. Jack, 42, Aris Street NW, Warren, possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

• Melissa Brink, 44, Franklin Avenue, Salem, unauthorized use of a vehicle.

• Logan Brown, 22, Evaline Street, Warren, assault, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

• Jody T. Koellner, 55, Sexton Street, Struthers, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Billy Jo Troy, 31, Stillwagon Road SE, Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound.

• Monica Mason, 29, Ohio Avenue, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Chaquana Morgan, 26, Homewood Avenue SE, Warren, receiving stolen property.

• Dierre Dillworth, 28, Shalom Avenue NW, Warren, felonious assault with firearm specification.

• Devontae McKinney, 33, Market Street, Youngstown, tampering with evidence, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

• Jerry W. Schaeffer, 41, Akron, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Aronde McCullough, 19, Parkman Road NW, Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.

• Markielynn Hemmingway, 29, Roberts Avenue NW, Warren, abduction, strangulation and domestic violence.

• Timmy Hayes, 49, Sweetbrier Street SW, Warren, nine counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and three counts of illegal use of minor in nudity oriented material or performance.

• Brandon M. Newsome, 28, Estabrook Avenue NW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Ta’Juan D. Rodriguez, 29, South Feederle SE, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl-related compound.

• Wade C. Wilder, 32, Buckeye Street NW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Omarion Parr, 21, Broadway Street, Youngstown, attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

• James A. Moore, 35, Homewood Avenue, Warren, having weapons while under disability, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property.

• James Greer, 49, Roberts Avenue NW, Warren, two counts of domestic violence.

The following cases were indicted as misdemeanors and remanded to a lower court:

• Daniel M. Connelly, 22, Brier Street SE, Warren, assault and aggravated menacing.

• Austin R. Heider, 31, Amherst, two counts of violating a protection order and criminal trespass.

• Cameron Corbett, 28, Ridge Road, Newton Falls, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
