“This is fabulous,” John Zabrucky said as he walked through “Sci-Fi + Hollywood: The Art of John Zabrucky” at Medici Museum of Art in Howland. “We could be in New York City right now.” Zabrucky got his first look at the exhibition on Thursday that is built around the props used in hundreds of films and television series that he donated to the Trumbull County Historical Society in 2023. The public will get its first look at the exhibition from 5 to 8 p.m. today for an opening reception at the museum, and the work will be on display through June 28. Admission is free. Ryan MacLennan, director of operations and outreach for TCHS, and John Zabrucky talk in front of a display of props used in the film “Total Recall.”
