WHAT: Educational Service Center governing board organizational / regular meeting Monday

PRESENT: Jeff Dreves, Al Haberstroh, Denise Domhoff, Deborah Patchin and Tom Krispinsky

The board:

• Named Domhoff as president and Patchin as vice president for 2025.

• Named Haberstroh as legislative liaison.

• Approved Treasurer Stacy Foster to attend public records training as required by the state.

• Approved a stipend of $5,000 to Foster for additional work responsibilities to Liberty schools from September to December 2024 to be reimbursed by the Liberty Local School District. Foster filled in when the district was seeking a new treasurer after Maureen Lloyd left to be treasurer for Girard city schools.

• Approved an agreement with MultiGP to provide services for the Drones in Schools STEM event April 12.

• Approved an agreement with EnvisionEdPlus for grant writing services.

• Approved Joseph Tredent as performance hall director up to 750 hours to be paid for by Champion schools.

• Set meetings for 9 a.m. the second Monday of each month at the center in Niles.
