WHAT: Township trustee organizational and regular meeting Monday

PRESENT: Jeff Davis, Lynn Michalec and Todd Williams

Trustees:

• Named Williams as chairman and Davis as vice chairman for 2025.

• Approved liaison appointments with Michalec for road department, Williams for fire department and Davis for police department.

• Approved Leah Thomas to replace Tom Carr on zoning commission.

• Set Fire Prevention Officer Dean Stanley’s yearly stipend of $750.

• Approved $200 donation to Northeast Ohio Big Buck contest.

• Approved payment to Cortland of $1,995 for seven Medic assists in November 2024.

• Approved payment to Major League Tire for four tires,mount, balance for $580.

• Approved payment for MARCS radio for fire and police for $360.

Approved payment to Hudson Communication for station alerting system for $2,847.

• Approved payment to Trumbull County Engineer for 45.44 tons mixed salt for $1,515.

• Approved payment to zoning commission for 2024 meetings for $300.

• Hired Emily Stone as full-time medic.
