Handguns reported stolen from Denison Drive, Scott Street homes

WARREN — Two Warren residents reported to police that firearms were recently stolen from their homes.

A 40-year-old woman reported Monday several handguns and jewelry were taken from a home in the 1700 block of Denison Drive NW. Taken were two Glock handguns valued at $500 each and $700 worth of jewelry. The victim, according to the police report, does not know a suspect.

In a second report Monday, a 68-year-old Scott Street NE man said that sometime after Sept. 12 an unknown person stole his Masterpiece Arms 9mm handgun from his house. The handgun was worth $579, the report states. No suspects were listed in the report.
