19-year-old accused of city shooting

Man indicted on 2 charges of intimidation

WARREN — A 19-year-old held in the Trumbull County jail since Sept. 17 is scheduled to be arraigned Jan. 5 after he was indicted Monday by a Trumbull County grand jury.

Da’Reuan J. Pennock of McMyler Street NW, is facing a charge of felonious assault with a firearm specification.

Pennock was arrested on the charge after Ryan Powell, 37, was found shot Sept. 9 in the 700 block of Adelaide Avenue SE.

He was held on a $100,000 bond in the jail.

The grand jury also indicted William Barry, 29, Weston Avenue, Youngstown, on two counts of intimidation of attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case, retaliation and two counts of assault, according to court records.

Barry was booked into the Trumbull County jail in September, charged originally in Girard Municipal Court by Hubbard police with aggravated menacing, disrupting public service, robbery and felonious assault. A judge ordered he be held without bond.

The following were also indicted:

• Gregory Beech, 35, Cleveland Road, Ravenna, aggravated possession of drugs and criminal trespass;

• Michael B. Knight, 30, 14th Street, Niles, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle with forfeiture;

• William J. Reese, 43, Newton Drive, Newton Falls, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs;

• Christina M. Plesmid, 26, Noe Avenue, Orwell, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;

• George Washko, 37, Wilson Sharpsville Road, Cortland, possession of heroin and aggravated possession of drugs;

• Kyree Stubbs, 24, Douglas Street NW, possession of a fentanyl-related compound with forfeiture and possession of drugs;

• Schon Wells, 51, Comstock Street NW, aggravated possession of drugs;

• Ryan J. Martin, 41, Russell Street, Sharon, Pa., two counts of tampering with evidence, falsification and aggravated menacing;

• Randy L. Jamison, 46, Green Acres Drive, Youngstown, robbery;

• Troy M. Mazur, 53, Engleton Road, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;

• Kristian A. Coons, 27, Tomilu Drive, Girard, aggravated possession of drugs with forfeiture and two counts of possession of drugs;

• Dylan A. Bever, 29, East River Road, Newton Falls, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of heroin and possession of a fentanyl-related compound;

• Pierre Callion, 37, Summit Avenue, possession of a fentanyl-related compound with forfeiture and possession of cocaine with forfeiture;

• Cody E. Elliott, 26, Bailey Anderson Road, Leavittsburg, possession of cocaine;

• Joshua M. Wix, 34, Flora Road, Leavittsburg, failure to verify current address;

• Kaprise Sledge, 21, Bonnie Brae Avenue NE, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer;

• Kenna J. Miller, 21, West Park Avenue, Niles, trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present;

• Dondre J. Rudolph, 30, West Park Avenue, Niles, trespass in a habitation when a person is present of likely to be present;

• Malachi Linderman, 19, Charles Avenue, aggravated possession of drugs, two counts of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, aggravated arson, possession of cocaine and arson;

• Paul D. Harris, 31, Tibbetts Wick Road, Girard, domestic violence;

• Steve W. Green Jr., 43, Hughes Avenue, Girard, two counts of domestic violence;

• Pabalo Valentin Jr., 25, Parkview Avenue, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability, carrying concealed weapons, receiving stolen property and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;

• Alexander J. Ward, 25, Kensington Street, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs;

• Brad L. Miller, 29, Dodgeville Road, Rome, possession of a fentanyl-related compound;

• Nina Colbert, 21, Belvedere Avenue, possession of heroin and possession of a fentanyl-related compound;

• Randy T. Ballard, 28, Fifth Street SW, gross sexual imposition;

• Samantha A. Peyatt, 27, Oak Street SW, passing bad checks and theft;

• Larry J. Bumbico Jr., 40, Youngstown Warren Road, three counts of aggravated possession of drugs, possession of cocaine, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and possession of drugs;

• Salumic Sunaman, 42, Auburndale Avenue, Youngstown, tampering with evidence;

• Christopher L. Mueller, 41, Golf Drive, Kinsman, two counts of violating a protection order and two counts of menacing by stalking;

• Deandre R. Hadden, 29, North Park Avenue, domestic violence, remanded to Niles Municipal Court;

• Stephen M. Smith, 40, Fairview Street SE, domestic violence and resisting arrest;

• Kriston H. Collins, 20, Tod Avenue SW, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer;
