Shots fired at home on Arlington Ave.

WARREN — Police are investigating shots being fired at a home in the 1500 block of Arlington Avenue NW about 2 a.m. Wednesday.

A woman who lived at the home said she heard several shots and she then took family members to the basement to be safe, a report states.

The woman spotted two bullet holes near her front door with one going completely through the siding. One spent round was found inside a ferret cage in the home.

A neighbor’s security video caught a large white SUV driving by the house twice before the shots were fired. No license plate was shown on the video, the report states.

Another report showed about 30 shots fired in the Clearwater Street NW neighborhood sometime Tuesday afternoon.

Various vehicles were hit, while a home in the 3200 block of Clearwater was hit three times, the report states.
