Liberty standoff suspect identified
LIBERTY — A Liberty man who was arrested after a standoff late Saturday at his home has been identified as Thomas Moore, 32.
He was booked into the Trumbull County jail and faces charges of domestic violence, inducing panic and obstructing official business.
A 911 report states a woman told her father to call 911 after 9 p.m. Saturday because of a verbal dispute with her husband at their home in the 1100 block of Mansell Drive. The report states were two children in the home at the time.
Reports state Liberty police blocked off a section of Mansell Drive for an hour Saturday night until Moore walked out of the home on his own.
