Chain saws taken from Mespo business
MESOPOTAMIA — Six chain saws with a total value of about $3,500 were stolen from a Girdle Road business last weekend.
Trumbull County sheriff deputies were called to the location on Monday with the business owner saying somebody pried open the door to the shop and stole five Stihl model and one Shindaiwa model chain saws. The theft happened between Saturday and Monday morning, the report states.
The owner provided authorities with model numbers, but could not find the items’ serial numbers, the report states.
