Leavittsburg man guilty of burglary
WARREN — A Leavittsburg man pleaded guilty Tuesday to a trespassing charge where he and another man broke into a Vernon Township home in November 2018.
Adam Bayless, 20, of 3669 Rio Vista Road, appeared before Trumbull County Common Pleas Judge Andrew D. Logan who will sentence Bayless after the adult probation department completes a background investigation. Bayless is a facing a possible maximum 18-month prison sentence.
Bayless is accused of breaking into the home in the 6000 block of Orangeville Kinsman Road on Nov. 14 and stealing food from the refrigerator, according to Trumbull County assistant Prosecutor Charles Morrow. The incident was captured on home security cameras, Morrow said, and the co-defendant is the grandson of the victims.
