Warren man charged with rape
WARREN — A Washington Street man pleaded not guilty to charges of rape, resisting arrest and domestic violence during a jail arraignment before Warren Municipal Judge Thomas Gysegem Tuesday afternoon.
William Stanley, 20, 471 Washington St. NE, was arrested Friday after being interviewed by Warren police. He was assigned a $250,000 bond.
Stanley’s victim was substantially impaired by mental or physical condition, according to court records. He is scheduled to appear before Gysegem during a hearing Thursday.
