Driver crashes into Liberty dry-cleaning business

LIBERTY — A driver who crashed into Blue Ribbon Cleaners on Logan Way around 3:30 p.m. Thursday fled the scene, but was later caught at a nearby business, according to police.

The driver, who has not yet been charged, has 17 driving-under-suspension violations, according to 21-WFMJ. Another person inside the truck was charged with obstruction of justice for lying to police about being the driver of the truck, the news station reported.

The damage to Blue Ribbon Cleaners was minimal. The crash remains under investigation.
