Trumbull grand jury indictments include secret

WARREN — A Trumbull County grand jury has indicted several people, including a secret indictment — the details of which will be announced once the person is in custody.

Indicted are:

• Deanna M. Thomas, 52, Plymouth Avenue, Girard, failure to comply with police order, heroin possession and aggravated drug possession;

• Chance I. Rucker, 21, Wilson Sharpsville Road, Cortland, burglary, abduction and violating a protection order;

• Niklis M. Wilson, 36, North Highland Avenue, Girard, domestic violence (remand to Girard Municipal Court);

• Charles R. Grantz, 49, Hunter Street, Niles, violating a protection order;

• Jay R. Weston, 33, Locust Street, Warren, domestic violence (remand to Newton Falls Municipal Court);

• Monica A. Lambert, 35, of Middlefield, cocaine possession, heroin possession and possession of fentanyl-related compound;

• Troy Huston, 39, Superior Street, Newton Falls, heroin possession and cocaine possession;

• Andre T. Kerr Jr., 23, Buena Vista, Warren, trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine, both with a forfeiture specification, and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;

• Phillip P. Shimko, 23, Sheridan Drive NE, Warren, breaking and entering;

• Rae-Kwon T. Rodgers, 22, Main Street SW, Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound;

• Brenda L. Williams, 56, Cottage Pines, Warren, cocaine possession;

• Matthew D. Gwinn, 36, Scott Street, Niles, carrying a concealed weapon;

• Christina D. Adonetto, 35, High Street, Niles, falsification and obstructing official business (remand to Warren Municipal Court);

• Timothy B. Cook, 35, Folsom Drive, Warren, cocaine possession and aggravated drug possession;

• Raymond Aviles, 49, Tod Avenue, Warren, cocaine possession;

• Autumn E. Kovell, 38, Stewart Sharon Road, Masury, possession of fentanyl-related compound;

• Donald W. Denovchek, 55, Gypsy Lane, Niles, two counts improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and physical control;

• Rachel R. Acklin, 27, state Route 7, Burghill, aggravated drug possession;

• Allyson M. Long, 22, Robert Avenue, Orwell, two counts felonious assault;

• Loni S. Capan, 32, Sodom Hutchings Road, Vienna, aggravated drug possession;

• Patrick M. Jordan, 37, Tait Road, Warren, breaking and entering and receiving stolen property;

• Jeremy R. Bungard, 44, Larchmont Drive NE, Warren, cocaine possession; and Dominique L. Dorsey, 30, Anderson Anthony Road, Leavittsburg, having weapons while under disability, carrying a concealed weapon and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehcile.

The grand jury chose not to indict::

• Frank J. Maggiano, 41, Autumn Drive NW, Warren, vandalism;

• Leslie J. Tate Jr., 33, Cascade Drive, Youngstown, drug possession;

• Samantha M. Strawderman, 30, Fairlawn Heights, Warren, heroin possession;

• Taylor E. Flanigan, 24, Hobart Road, Leavittsburg, aggravated drug possession;

• Nicholas K. Reed, 28, Olive Street, Warren, heroin possession;

• Caleb McCorkle, 18, Commerce NW, Warren, cocaine possession; and

• Adonetto, receiving stolen property.
