Sept. 2 shooting ruled homicide
WARREN — The Trumbull County Coroner’s Office has ruled the Sept. 2 death of Reginald Scrivens, 30, of Red Fox Drive Northwest, a homicide caused by multiple gunshot wounds.
Police were called to Colonial Street at Hazelwood Avenue Southeast at 10:16 p.m. on a report of shots fired and found Scrivens on a motorcycle lying in the street.
He was dead at the scene, Warren police said.
A person who called 911 said he heard three gunshots.
It is Warren’s eighth homicide of the year. Scrivens’ funeral was Monday.
