YARS land-use study complete
WARREN — A draft of the Joint Land Use Study conducted for the Youngstown Air Reserve Station is available for public review.
The document is on the project website at www.yarsjlus.com.
The study examines the community around the reserve station for potential conflicts and planning ideas, including Vienna and Fowler townships and Trumbull County. The study examines issues and opportunities coinciding with 25 “compatibility factors” and strategies to address a future for the area that is mindful of the reserve station’s mission, economic vitality and the environment.
