Grand jury issues indictments

WARREN — The Trumbull County grand jury indicted 30 people Wednesday and more than half of the people indicted are facing at least one drug-related charge.

The men and women will be arraigned before their case-assigned Trumbull County Common Pleas Court judge within the next two weeks, according to the grand jury report.

Eight cases were returned without indictments and 27 cases are still under consideration.

The following were indicted:

• Dreano Golden, 33, Main Street, Warren, escape;

• Juan Jordan, 28, Autumn Lane, Warren, escape;

• Shontell Williams, 34, Fulton Street, Warren, escape;

• John Wilson, 35, Tod Avenue NW, Warren, escape;

• Justice J. Roberts, 23, Martin Luther King Boulevard, Youngstown, grand theft motor vehicle;

• Stephen MJ Esposito III, 28, North Road, Niles, grand theft;

• Megan L. Schultz, 32, Boston Avenue SE, Warren, assault, misdemeanor remanded to Warren Municipal Court;

• Cody J. Langley, 44, Alva Avenue NW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs;

• Ira T. Binford Jr., 34, Maxwell Avenue NW, Warren, possession of cocaine;

• William J. Kline, 37, Taylor Street NW, Warren, possession of cocaine;

• Michael J. Hall, 56, Clermont Avenue NE, Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer and possession of cocaine;

• Miranda A. Holko, 29, Sterling Drive, Cortland, possession of cocaine, possession of drugs (misdemeanor) and illeal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor);

• Pierre L. Williams Jr., 28, Williamsburg NW, Warren, possession of cocaine and trafficking in cocaine;

• James M. Anderson Jr., 43, Market Street, Youngstown, criminal trespass and criminal damaging, misdemeanors remanded to Niles Municipal Court;

• Christina M. Mazzella, 44, West Howard Street, Girard, grand theft;

• Keith J. Holley, 29, Idylwild Street, Warren, tampering with evidence and possession of cocaine;

• Gerald C. Simon, 47, Shannon Road, Girard, felonious assault and domestic violence;

• Lester H. Barry Jr., 39, High Avenue, Niles, assault, misdemeanor remanded to Niles Municipal Court;

• Daniel P. Babcock, 50, Harmon Avenue, Niles, cultivation of marijuana with a forfeiture specification, possession of marijuana with a forfeiture specification, two counts of having weapons while on disability, illegal use of possession of drug paraphernalia and intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case;

• Bradley M. Woolard, 25, Warren Ravenna Road, Newton Falls, possession of cocaine;

• Joseph M. Luich, 44, Vienna Avenue, Niles, possession of cocaine;

• Kalen Tre Von Simpson, 22, Norwood Street NW, Warren, possession of cocaine;

• Nicholas M. Krueger, 30, Delaware Drive, Lake Milton, possession of a fentanyl-related compound;

• Jennifer M. Conley, 39, Tod Avenue, Warren, three counts of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, possession of heroin and possession of drugs;

• Margaret M. Carroll, 27, North Road, Warren, possession of a fentanyl-related compound;

• Richard T. Kusnir, 50, Larry Lane, Cortland, assault;

• Michelle L. Sullivan, 48, Forest Street, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs;

• Jesse L. Ellsworth, 25, Woodland Avenue NE, Warren, possession of cocaine and breaking and entering.

The following were not indicted by the grand jury on the listed charges:

• Khalef K. Freeman, 38, Ferndale Avenue SW, Warren, having weapons while under disability;

• Kali R. Stubbs Jr., 23, Estabrook Avenue NW, Warren, possession of heroin;

• Kaleb L. Jones, possession of cocaine, pleaded to a bill of information;

• Matthew S. Borecki, 40, Goist Lane, Girard, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility;

• Justin S. Cruz, 25, Youngstown Road, Warren, domestic violence;

• Zoey M. Hallam, 19, state Route 45, Bristolville, possession of a fentanyl-related compound;

• Jeffrey S. Feaster, 56, Comstock Street NW, Warren, possession of heroin;

• Shawn M. Stambolia, 38, Dilley Road NW, Warren, domestic violence;

• Conley, possession of heroin, added to a separate case;

• Anderson, burglary and abduction;

• Barry, domestic violence.
