Man expected to be extradited to Georgia
WARREN — Leroy Fredrica Williams, 65, wanted in Georgia, waived extradition rights during an appearance Tuesday in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court before Judge Andrew D. Logan.
Authorities from the Georgia State Board of Pardons and Paroles have 10 days to collect Williams, who isn’t facing any charges in Ohio, said Christopher Becker, Trumbull County assistant prosecutor.
Williams was found Saturday squatting in a vacant house at 2509 Cardinal Drive in Liberty, according to law enforcement. He violated the terms and conditions of his Georgia parole, Becker said.
