WARREN — A man was sentenced to three years in prison Tuesday in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court after a jury found him guilty of some of the kidnapping and felonious assault charges filed against him.

Keith Davis, 49, was convicted on one count of kidnapping and two counts of felonious assault. He was acquitted on a second kidnapping charge and two counts of aggravated robbery.

His son, Khyri Davis, 21, was acquitted last week of two counts each of kidnapping, felonious assault and aggravated robbery. His other son, Keelan Davis, 22, is scheduled to go on trial May 6 on the same charges.
