Hubbard plans sanitary sewers
HUBBARD — Hubbard city council soon will seek bids to replace a sanitary sewer off Erie Street to improve water flow.
Mayor John Darko said council on Monday began discussions on the project, which involves replacing the sanitary line on Erie Street between Jones and Taylor Street. He said the line will be increased from an eight-inch to an 18-inch line.
Darko said the estimated $80,000 to $100,000 project will be done this summer when school is not in session.
