WHAT: Township trustee meeting Monday
PRESENT: Dominic Marchese, James Carnes and Davis Denman
Trustees:
• Approved renewing emergency medical service contracts with neighboring Greene, Gustavus, Kinsman and Vernon townships for one year with no change in contract costs. Marchese said the other townships also have to approve renewing the agreements;
• Announced the newly-formed Johnston Historical Society will meet 2 p.m. Sunday at the old township hall to elect officers and discuss plans for the society.
