Nominate young leaders for award
WARREN — The Tribune Chronicle is seeking nominations for its sixth annual Twenty Under 20 program.
The newspaper, along with co-sponsors Akron Children’s Hospital Mahoning Valley and Kent State University at Trumbull, will recognize 20 high-achieving individuals younger than 20 for their leadership skills through volunteerism, extracurricular activities and academic achievements.
Nominees need to be a resident of Trumbull County, at least a freshman in high school and no older than 19. Nomination forms can be acquired at local high school guidance offices or by contacting Community Events Coordinator Sue Shafer at sshafer@tribtoday.com or 330-841-1696.
