Car and motorcycle collide
LIBERTY — A motorcyclist taking part in a memorial ride collided with a car Saturday afternoon at the intersection of Belmont Avenue and Colonial Drive..
A Trumbull County 911 report states Liberty, Girard and Youngstown police were called about 5:10 p.m. to investigate the crash. The report states the motorcyclist was injured and was wearing a helmet.
Both the motorcyclist and driver of the car, who were not identified by 911, were taken to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.
The memorial ride had about 100 participants, the report states.
