Local Relay For Life raises $32,000
McDONALD –The Liberty-McDonald Relay For Life which was held Friday and Saturday at Woodland Park raised $32,118 for the American Cancer Society, according to the relay’s website.
The relay, which had teams from McDonald, Girard, Hubbard and Liberty, was the last one this year for Trumbull County.
Others relays included the Niles relay which raised nearly $33,400 in April and the Warren relay, the largest in the state, which raised $196,000 in May.
