2 stolen puppies back with woman

YOUNGSTOWN — Two of the four puppies stolen from a Youngstown woman Thursday were found Sunday.

Gina Morris came home from work early Thursday morning to find her home ransacked and four of her five puppies missing, according to police reports.

Morris told WKBN-TV News Sunday afternoon that a woman called to say she bought one of the puppies, an blue nose bully pitbull, for $250 from a man who sold her on Facebook. The dog was returned to Morris.

Later Sunday, Morris told WKBN that police found another one of the puppies during a traffic stop. The dog also has been returned.

There is a cash reward for the return of the missing puppies. Morris said those with information on the stolen dogs can contact her on her Facebook page.
